About the role:

As a data entry clerk, you'll spend your days ensuring all requirements for servicing our HDIS customers have been met. Additionally, you will provide support to our non-private pay department with other tasks as they arise.

Most importantly, we exercise compassion in all of our interactions with all external customers, because after all the relationship we build with our customers is not just a punch line, it's the pillar of our business. And it doesn't matter if you're customer facing or in a supporting role we are guided by this core value.

  • Verify patient benefits with Medicare, Medicaid, insurance companies, and other payers as necessary through internal tools, websites, emails, calls, and other methods
  • Take appropriate actions from the document management process state reports, such as running orders, contacting customers, etc.
  • Update our company database with pertinent eligibility/benefit information
  • Run orders and update customer accounts in an accurate and timely manner (because you have the gift of paying attention to the details)
  • Work as an individual contributor, as well as part of a team to achieve business/organizational goals
