About the role:

As a documentation representative, you'll spend your days ensuring HDIS receives the necessary documentation to support needed orders both quickly and accurately. Additionally, you will provide support to our non-private pay department with other tasks as they arise.

And it doesn't matter if you're customer facing or in a supporting role we are guided by this core value.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • First and foremost: work with amazing people (for real, you'll love them)
  • Take necessary actions to ensure timely renewal/acquisition of customers prescriptions, Prior Authorizations, Certificates/Letters of Medical Necessity or other items for documentation (because you have the gift of paying attention to the details)
  • Follow-up with physicians, customers, and payers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, faxes, or other means to attain needed documentation
  • Enter documentation details into our client database
  • Work as an individual contributor, as well as part of a team to achieve business/organizational goals
